4 Pain Supplements That Can Work For You

Everyone has pain. It is just a part of life. As you grow older, the pain comes more frequently. 1. Calcium and Magnesium

Or, as I like to call it, Dolomite. The original and still the best balance of the two supplements, Dolomite is a miracle pill. Not only does it help make your bones and teeth stronger, it also calms your nerves and reduces pain due to inflammation and joint damage. It also helps strengthen weakened muscles. Back pain is a huge problem for many people. After about a month of Dolomite treatment, many people have been completely freed from back pain. The combination of the nerve settling affects, the back muscle strengthening, and the soothing of inflammation is just the right recipe for success.

2. Glucosamine and Chondroitin

Joint pain is a huge problem, especially in seniors. You’ve heard of all the brands that offer relief. Well, here is what you are really looking for. What the supplements do is help the cartilage that forms the padding between your joints. This reduces pain by stopping the bones from rubbing against each other. The supplements also reduce the inflammation and irritation between the joints. These two ingredients form the base of all of those expensive pills, and you can find the generics of these much cheaper. Ask your doctor what dose is right for your needs.

3. Omegas 3 and 6

Fish oil is a great do-all. Don’t expect wondrous results, at least not right away. After a month or two, however, you should see a plethora of things improving. These pills help with joint and bone pain, strengthen hair and skin, and help your heart. They even help to improve your brain function, which is always a plus.

4. Cranberry Juice

Okay, so technically this isn’t a vitamin, but it does do wonders for bladder and kidney pain. If you are suffering from frequent urinary tract infections or kidney stones, then this is the supplement for you. The whole fruit variety, taken several times a day, will help to flush out your system and kill bad bacteria. Try this a little every day or a lot once a week. Either way, your pain should be reduced or stay reduced, if not disappear altogether.

Not all vitamins and supplements work for everyone, so try them out before you invest a bundle. However, these four are affordable and usually do the job. Try them out and see if you can reduce your pain at the source.

  1. These are some great pain relief supplements. I agree that joint pain seems to be extremely common for seniors, so the glucosamine and chondroitin supplement is great. My mom has bad joint pain, so I will tell her about this.
